Danny spent the beginning of his career at the helm of Discovery.com’s trending news blog producing daily technology, animal, space and adventure content.
During the highest-rated Shark Week to date, Danny profiled the world’s leading shark conservationists and covered everything shark-related for SharkWeek.com. He also supported the global premiere of Racing Extinction, the most-watched cable television documentary in years, with multimedia reporting that was syndicated across the globe and translated into three languages.
He now produces digital content for the Disney-ABC Television Group in Houston, Texas. During his time with ABC, Danny covered a wide variety of subjects including the 2016 presidential election, Houston’s dating scene, Super Bowl 51 and a series profiling green spaces around Houston.
A 2014 graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s burgeoning Media & Communication Studies program, Danny’s academic research focused on sociocultural citizenship at the intersection of broadcast media and identity politics.
