My Spring Workout Mix


I refuse to work out without music! My music keeps me focused, motivated and inspired – I can’t imagine slamming out an hourlong run through the park without my music blaring! Just when I feel like my body has had enough, one of my favorite songs comes on and pushes me through the last mile. I’ve even started playing INSANITY without music and supplementing my own soundtrack; it makes a world of difference!

When I find a song that I like, I grab a hold of it and never let it go! Some of the songs in my playlist are a little older but they still pump me up and thus have stood the test of time. I used to be really into listening to my playlist in the same order every time I work out but these days, it’s all about the shuffle!
