Valentine’s Day Chardonnay Fruit Snacks
Cook time: 10 minutes plus two hours to set
- 1 cup of wine
- 4 oz. unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- Heat wine in a saucepan on low heat. Be careful not to let wine boil.
- Gradually whisk in gelatin and agave nectar.
- Pour into a mold or shallow pan and let sit for two hours.
